These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of packedingorder.shop and any purchases you make through it. The storefront is operated as Packed & Orderly, an independent specialist retailer for travel packing and organization essentials from Tumi, Delsey, Gonex, and Calpak.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to purchase from this site. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or contacting support, and to keep your contact details up to date.

Catalog Information, Pricing, and Promotions

We carry a deliberately narrow catalog of under one thousand products. Every listing is reviewed before publication against the manufacturer's published specifications, with model numbers, dimensions, material descriptions, and colorways cross-checked; listings that cannot be verified to spec are pulled rather than approximated. Despite our care, occasional errors in descriptions, images, or pricing may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them and to cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Prices are listed in USD. Our prices can be lower than typical retail because we operate as an independent multi-brand specialist with a lean team and a single warehouse, source through authorized distribution channels during overstock cycles, end-of-season transitions, and distributor closeout windows, and consolidate inventory across competing brands. Lower prices never mean a different product: every unit, regardless of discount, is the same new, first-quality item from the same authorized supply chain, receives the same inspection, and ships in the same original branded packaging.

Discounts vary by item because each product carries a different wholesale cost, inventory position, and season. Promotional offers such as SAVE15 (15% off eligible items) are funded from our own margin, not reimbursed by brands or distributors, so offers are scheduled around inventory positions rather than run continuously. Coupon eligibility follows checkout rules, and the terms shown at checkout apply to each offer.

Orders and Payment

We accept credit cards and PayPal. Your order is an offer to purchase; it is accepted when we confirm shipment. All charges are processed in USD through secure payment processing. If an item becomes unavailable or a pricing error occurs, we will notify you and cancel or adjust the order with a full refund of any amounts paid.

Shipping

Standard shipping is $8.00. Shipping is free on orders over $45.00. Orders are fulfilled from a single warehouse, which keeps shipping zones predictable and avoids split-shipment waste.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us with your order number and the email used at purchase, and we will provide return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Return authorization, refund processing, and related correspondence are handled by our support team.

Warranty

Warranty coverage follows the product information and support guidance provided with each item. We do not promise or add warranty terms beyond the product information provided, and we are not a manufacturer warranty administrator.

Authenticity and Quality Commitment

Every item sold is a new, authentic, first-quality product from the brand it is listed under, sourced through authorized distributors and vetted wholesalers. No gray-market, used, refurbished, or unverified overseas suppliers are used, and purchase records are retained per batch. Incoming units are spot-checked per batch for stitching, zipper function, hardware, labeling, and packaging integrity; any failing unit is returned to the distributor, and repeated batch failures trigger a supplier review.

How to Raise an Authenticity or Quality Claim

If you believe an item is not authentic or differs materially from its listing, please inspect it on arrival and photograph any discrepancy immediately while the packaging is preserved, then contact support@packedingorder.shop with:

• Your order number and the email used at purchase
• Clear photos of the item showing labels, hardware, and stitching
• Photos of the packaging and any included documentation
• A short description of the discrepancy observed

Review and Remedy

A quality specialist reviews your evidence against the manufacturer's reference specifications within the department response window. If evidence is insufficient, the specialist will request specific additional photos before making a determination. Confirmed findings are documented and shared with the sourcing team for batch-level action.

If an item is verified as non-authentic or materially different from its listing, you receive a full refund including return shipping, the responsible supplier relationship is terminated pending investigation, and you are notified of the outcome and the preventive action taken on the affected batch. Verified authenticity or quality claims are resolved with a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Intellectual Property

The storefront content, layout, text, and imagery are owned by or licensed to the operator and may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without permission. Tumi, Delsey, Gonex, Calpak, and all related brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners; their use on this site is for identification of products we sell as an independent retailer and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Service Availability and Disclaimers

We aim to keep the site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the service. The site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms or in the product information provided with each item.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator's total liability arising from any order or use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
