The look is gorgeous and the laptop sleeve is well padded, no complaints there. My issue is that when fully packed, it gets a bit top-heavy in backpack mode. Also the zippers need two hands sometimes. Still keeping it because the quality is genuinely good.
No denying this is a stunning bag and the material feels durable. Unfortunately it was too compact for my travel needs — my water bottle and laptop together made it bulge awkwardly. Returned it, though I was sad to do so.
