Delsey Paris Rempart 19-Inch Hardside Expandable Carry-On Spinner Luggage, Storm Grey

This little spinner has been on six flights since I bought it and has never been gate-checked. The expandable zipper gives me just enough extra room for souvenirs on the way home. The polycarbonate shell has a few scuffs but no cracks. The double-spinner wheels roll silently and smoothly. For the price I paid, this is unbeatable.

Lightweight, rolls beautifully, and the storm grey color hides dirt well. The SECURITECH zipper gives real peace of mind after reading about zipper theft. Wish the interior divider had a bit more structure. Would recommend.

The shell is genuinely sturdy and the interior organization is smart. My concern is the telescoping handle, which flexes noticeably when extended. It hasn't broken, but it doesn't inspire the same confidence as the rest of the bag. Acceptable at the sale price.

Upgraded from a cheap softside bag that fell apart after two years. The difference is night and day. This Rempart glides through the airport like it's on air, the TSA lock was easy to set, and it fits the sizer perfectly. I packed for a full week using the expansion. My travel buddy immediately ordered one in the same color.

It's lighter than my old bag which makes overhead bin lifting much easier. Only minor complaint is the exterior gets scuffed, though that's cosmetic.

Took this through Paris, Amsterdam, and Brussels on trains and planes. The 19-inch size is ideal for European carriers with stricter limits. Wheels handled cobblestones better than expected. The zipper security feature genuinely deterred a pickpocket attempt on a crowded metro, per my wife who watched it happen. Five stars.

Loved this bag initially — light, easy to maneuver, great color. Then a wheel started sticking on my third trip and now drags. Maybe I got a defective unit. Customer service was responsive so hoping the replacement holds up better.
