I've been through cheap suitcase sets that crack on the first trip, so I was skeptical at $90. This polycarbonate shell is genuinely rigid, the TSA lock works, and the off-road-style wheels handled a cobblestone parking lot without a wobble. The expandable carry-on fit everything for a week. For the price of one decent suitcase elsewhere, I got two.

Took this set to Denver and back. The large trunk swallowed two weeks of clothes and still rolled smoothly through the airport. The shell picked up a few light scuffs but no cracks, which is what I expect from polycarbonate. Only gripe: the telescoping handle has a tiny bit of side-to-side play. Not enough to bother me, just worth noting.

The build quality is impressive and the wheels handle rough surfaces better than anything I've owned. That said, the large piece gets heavy fast once packed, so lifting it into a car trunk is a two-hand job for me. Fine if you mostly roll it, less fun if you're hoisting it onto shuttle buses. Still decent value for the price.

My granddaughter helped me pick this out for a trip to see family in Arizona. The bright styling is easy to spot at baggage claim, which honestly was my main concern at my age. Rolls easily beside me without me having to tug or steer it. Zippers are easy on the hands. Very pleased.

Love the design and the wheels are great, but the telescoping handle jammed on me twice during one trip. It freed up eventually, but it's frustrating mid-airport. Hoping mine is just a lemon, but I can't give more than two stars right now.
