Pockets, elastic loops, and dividers everywhere — I can find any item blind in the dark. The 1000D fabric shrugs off abuse and the MOLLE webbing attaches rock solid to my pack. Loaded it with trauma supplies and everything fits with room to spare. Ten bucks is a joke for this quality.
Stitching is tight, zippers are smooth, and it holds a surprising amount of gear for its compact size. The red pull tab is a nice touch for quick identification. Only minor nitpick is that it arrived with a slight chemical smell that aired out in a day.
Sturdy, roomy, mounts perfectly to my plate carrier.
For ten dollars it's hard to complain. The layout is smart and the material feels tough, but the internal elastic loops are a bit loose for slim items like chem lights. Also no included first aid supplies, which I should have read more carefully. As a pouch alone, it does the job.
I'm an ER nurse and I keep this in my car for roadside emergencies. The multi-pocket layout lets me organize by use: airway items up top, bleeding control in the main compartment, meds in the front. Zippers open smoothly with one hand, which matters when you're stressed. Honestly rivals pouches I've seen from tactical brands at three times the cost.
Fits my IFAK contents perfectly — tourniquet, chest seals, gauze, gloves, shears. The 6x8x3 footprint is ideal: big enough for real supplies, small enough to not dominate the bag. Feels bombproof.
Using it as a general utility pouch on my backpack and it's held up through daily use for two months. The 1000D fabric and stitching show zero wear. Would love drain grommets at the bottom but no big deal.
One for the truck, one for the boat, one for the go-bag. At this price you'd be silly not to. Quality is consistent across all three.
Only had it three weeks before the main zipper pull snapped off. The pouch itself is fine but the hardware let me down.
The compact size disappears on my belt kit but holds an impressive amount. MOLLE attachment is secure with zero rattle. Fast shipping and great quality.
Mounted this to my hunting pack for backcountry trips. Everything I need for field emergencies fits inside and it stays silent when closed — no velcro noise when I'm glassing. The 1000D fabric handled brush and rain without complaint. Recommended.
At 71 I wanted a proper first aid setup for the truck that wasn't a flimsy pharmacy kit. This pouch holds bandages, antiseptic, tourniquet, and my meds all in labeled pockets I can actually see into. The zippers are easy on arthritic hands too. Very satisfied.
