Suspended laptop pocket works great and the build quality is unmistakably TUMI. My only nitpicks: no dedicated quick-access water bottle pocket and the charcoal lining makes finding dark items harder. Still easily the best backpack I've used for commuting plus travel.
For trips under four nights I no longer bring a roller at all. The capacity is deceptively huge and the compression keeps everything stable. Shoulder straps are genuinely comfortable even with 20 pounds inside. The Add-A-Bag feature saved me dragging the roller through security twice already. Fantastic product.
